Kimberly is an AI entrepreneur, branding coach, and author of 6 workbooks and journals. She is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and is a licensed Managing Broker in Chicago (Real Estate). She is a trainer and coach to entrepreneurs and real estate professionals across the country.

CAREER PATH
Kimberly has been a marketing coach and consultant for small businesses and real estate professionals for over 20 years. She began her career in the real estate industry in 2006 and in 2015, opened her own brokerage. In 2017, Kimberly joined Fathom Realty as a Designated Managing Broker and District Director, opening the first Fathom office in the city of Chicago. Kimberly is currently a Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty where she continues to sell real estate and coach agents from various brokerages. Kimberly is a sought-after speaker and trainer on AI and branding. She has written 3 workbooks currently carried by the National Association of REALTORS® online bookstore.
DEDICATION TO SERVICE
Kimberly is a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® (CAR), the Illinois and National Association of REALTORS®. Currently, she serves on the Grievance and CARPAC Committees (CAR) She has also served as a past Board of Directors member for the CAR Education Foundation, past Chair of the Professional Development Committee and a past member of the CAR Diversity Committee and the “CAR 77,” both organized to promote and celebrate the association’s commitment to diversity in the Chicago communities.
In all that Kimberly undertakes professionally and personally, she is devoted to promoting financial freedom and actively performing community service. She has conducted free financial workshops and has written several blogs promoting wealth and financial responsibility. She has served as keynote speaker for graduations, workshops and community empowerment fairs.
LIFE & EDUCATION
Kimberly is a Chicago native who received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College Chicago and a Master of Science Degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. Both degrees were in the area of Integrated Marketing Communications. Kimberly is a faithful member of Liberty Baptist Church and an active member of the Chicago Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. a national public service organization.
